I had called them to get a quote on a replacement garage opener and their prices were excellent. They where able to come in 2 days which helped me out alot because my motor was toast. The day of install John sahar contacted us to let us know he was on his was. He was a very professional and knowledgeable person. He pointed out everything and explained in detail the whole service. I would definitely recommend them for any garage needs 100 percent.

Fix it Right Garage Doors came to my rescue the other day when my garage door would not open either with the remote or with the emergency key cord. I called several other companies and none of them were able to send a service call that day. I called Fix it Right and they immediately said someone would be there within the hour. I thought it would just be a quick repair, but Idan showed that the garage door was completely broken and would need to be replaced. It was definitely an emergency as my husband’s car was inside and we have no access through the house to the garage. Idan explained what would need to be done. I assumed it would take weeks for a new garage door like the other companies, but said that it was an emergency and told me that Fix it Right would be able to get a door installed the following afternoon.
I don’t normally make decisions like that so quickly, especially when something is a big expense, but it had to be done immediately. Idan was very patient and thorough. He explained all of my options and arranged for the job to be done.The next day three installers came and worked tirelessly in the cold (and dark) for 3 1/2 hours until the new garage door was installed. They made sure all of the remotes worked properly. It was a huge job as they had to saw the garage door open and cut it up in order to remove it and dispose of it. They did not leave until
everything was completely cleaned up and the garage was working perfectly. The new door looks fantastic. Thank you so much to Fix it Right Garage Doors, the installers, and to especially to Idan for providing excellent and efficient customer service.

My garage door decided it wasn’t opening anymore and I quickly Googled garage door services. I was thrilled to see Fix It Right Garage Doors offered a no cost visit to see what the issue was and recommend any repairs or replacement parts. Considering my garage door and opener system was older than Keith Richards I wanted to have it all replaced and I was given multiple options for garage doors and a quality opener, all at a fair and reasonable cost. I even called around after to compare and no company could beat the price, and if they came close, the install date was many months away. The representative that came out was friendly and explained the options thoroughly and I was very confident I was getting the best products and service. Fix It Right Garage Doors offered a superior product, quick install date and installed it all in less than a few hours, taking all the old stuff with them. I am super happy with the new garage door and smart garage opener. Amazon deliveries just got better with the Key option.
